Mentilla

Inspiration in drinking gin, and trying to get new flavours from Argentina into cocktails with gin. Its base on local fruit called Kumquat and mint. Realy fresh tasty.

Ingredients

  • Beefeater London Dry

  • 6/7 mint leaves

  • beefeater london dry. 2 oz

  • Kumquat 3/4

  • 2 oz syrup

  • 6/7 ice cubes

Garnish

  • Kumquat and mint

Method

Mentilla is directly prepared on a old fashioned glass. First we put the Kumquat and the sugar and we crush with the muddler. Afterwards we and the ice, we stir. We add the unique beefeater gin, and we add the mint after we shake it, so that it spread the fresh smell.
