This drink was entirely made with regional and organic ingredients typical of Buenos Aires.
Beefeater London Dry
11/2 oz beefeater dry
3/4 oz grapefruit juice
1/2 oz honey syrup
1/2 oz aquafaba (chickpea water)
dash of orange bitters
30gr powdered yerba mate
2 rose petals
dash of amapole seeds
2 dashes of dried dill (sides)
-Infuse the beefeater dry with the powdered yerba mate and fine strain through cloth. As result we will have a beefeter macerated with yerba mate.
-Chill the coupette with ice.
-Add all ingredients on a shaker and give it a strong dry shake.
-Add a lot of ice and shake hard.
-Discard the ice on the coupette and strain on in the contents of the shaker vigorously.
- Garnish with a couple of rose petals, amapole seeds in the middle and dried dill on the sides.
